Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JenSkin website, products, and services operated by JenSkin LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a JenSkin panel or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What JenSkin is
JenSkin provides a consumer wellness blood panel (the "Skin Longevity Panel") that measures biomarkers associated with skin aging mechanisms. Your results are compiled into a personalized report using AI-assisted interpretation and longevity-optimized reference ranges.
JenSkin is a wellness panel, not a diagnostic test. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our reports are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. JenSkin is not a substitute for professional medical care.
2. Physician involvement
A licensed physician reviews your health intake and issues your lab order. This physician review is included in your panel price and is conducted through our lab operations partner (Junction/Vital). The physician does not establish a patient-physician relationship with you beyond the scope of issuing the lab order.
3. Lab testing
Your blood draw is performed at a Quest Diagnostics patient service center. Quest is an independent laboratory — we do not control the specimen collection process, lab procedures, or lab turnaround time. Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks depending on the specialty assays in your panel.
4. Your report
Your JenSkin Skin Longevity Report uses AI-generated interpretations based on your biomarker values, your demographics, and published peer-reviewed research. Key things to understand:
- Our reference ranges are longevity-optimized and may differ from standard clinical ranges used by your doctor
- AI-generated interpretations are reviewed for safety constraints but are not reviewed by a physician on a per-report basis
- Treatment sequencing recommendations are suggestions, not prescriptions — always consult your physician before making changes to your health regimen
- Your report is delivered to a private URL accessible only via a unique token sent to your email
5. Pricing and payment
- The Skin Longevity Panel is priced at $299
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information
- Your panel price includes: physician review, lab order, blood draw at Quest, AI-generated report
- Insurance does not cover this service — JenSkin is a cash-pay wellness product
6. Refund policy
- Before blood draw: full refund upon request
- After blood draw, before results: 50% refund (lab processing costs are non-recoverable)
- After report delivery: no refund, as the service has been fully rendered

7. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must be located in the United States
- You must provide accurate health intake information — inaccurate information may affect the quality of your report
8. Your responsibilities
- Consult your doctor. Review your JenSkin report with a licensed physician, dermatologist, or qualified healthcare provider before acting on any recommendation
- Do not self-treat. Do not start, stop, or change medications based solely on your JenSkin report
- Seek emergency care when needed. JenSkin is not equipped to handle medical emergencies. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for urgent health concerns
- Protect your report link. Your report URL is private. Do not share it with anyone you do not trust with your health information
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JenSkin and JenSkin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Health outcomes resulting from acting on report recommendations without physician consultation
- Delays in lab processing or result delivery
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated interpretations
- Decisions made based on longevity-optimized reference ranges that differ from standard clinical ranges
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your panel.
10. Intellectual property
The JenSkin name, logo, biomarker panel composition, report design, and AI interpretation methodology are proprietary. You may share your personal report with your healthcare providers but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our methodology or report format.
11. Data and privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using JenSkin, you consent to the collection and processing of your health information as described therein.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
