JenSkin ("we," "us," or "our") is a skin longevity wellness service operated by JenSkin LLC. JenSkin is a wellness panel, not a diagnostic test. We take your privacy seriously. Our service involves protected health information (PHI), and we are committed to handling it responsibly, securely, and in accordance with applicable law. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

If you choose to provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from JenSkin, you consent to receive informational (e.g., order updates, report-ready notifications) and/or marketing texts (e.g., reminders, founding-member offers) from JenSkin, including texts sent by autodialer.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. You can purchase a JenSkin panel without opting in to SMS.

By providing your phone number on our website, intake form, or any opt-in form, and by checking the SMS consent box, you confirm that you are the subscriber to the phone number provided or are authorized to provide consent for that number.

5. Health data and HIPAA

JenSkin is a consumer wellness service, not a covered entity under HIPAA. However, we voluntarily adopt HIPAA-aligned practices because we believe your health data deserves the highest standard of protection:

Your report uses longevity-optimized reference ranges that may differ from standard clinical ranges. Always consult a licensed physician before acting on any recommendation.

We may update this policy as the JenSkin service evolves. Customers and waitlist members will be notified of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
